Can I change or cancel my ticket booking?

Your IceBar tickets are processed through different event providers. The cancellation and change policies depend on the provider you purchased your ticket from.

How many areas does the IceBar Cologne have?

There are two main areas. The Chalet: This is where you check in. You’ll receive your welcome drink here while waiting for access to the IceBar. The IceBar: This is the second area and kept at a frosty -18°C (0°F).

When should we arrive?

Please arrive 30 minutes before your booked time, so you can relax and enjoy your welcome drink in the Chalet 😊.

What drinks are available?

In the Chalet, you can choose any drink for your first complimentary drink (excluding bottled drinks). In the IceBar, you’ll receive two more drinks served in ice glasses (choice of Kölsch, Heineken, shots, or orange juice).

Are children allowed in the IceBar?

Yes, children are welcome.

Can I buy tickets on site?

Yes, tickets can be purchased on-site. However, we recommend booking online in advance for groups of more than 2 people:

Are jackets and gloves provided?

Yes, every guest receives a jacket and gloves before entering the IceBar.

Are dogs allowed in the IceBar?

Dogs that can be carried are allowed.

Can I give vouchers as a gift?

Yes, you can buy vouchers both at the IceBar and on our website.

How do I redeem my voucher?

If your voucher has a QR Code(voucher until October 2024), you can come by without a reservation. If your voucher has an alphanumeric code you’ll need to redeem it for a ticket here:

Can I book the IceBar exclusively?

Yes, the IceBar can be booked exclusively or semi-exclusively based on your event needs.

Can I celebrate my bachelor or bachelorette party at the IceBar?

Yes, we offer special packages for future brides and grooms.

Is the IceBar suitable for corporate events?

The IceBar is a truly unique venue that will amaze your guests. Book our location exclusively for your PR event, corporate celebration, or Christmas party.

What are the payment and cancellation terms for event bookings?

Payment Terms:

  • 50% upon confirmation of booking
  • 50% due 7 days after the event

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Up to 28 days before the event: free of charge
  • Up to 14 days before the event: 50% of the invoice amount
  • Up to 1 day before the event: 75% of the invoice amount
  • On the day of the event or later: 100% of the invoice amount

Closes 30 minutes after the last admission.
