How many areas does the IceBar Cologne have?
There are two main areas. The Chalet: This is where you check in. You’ll receive your welcome drink here while waiting for access to the IceBar. The IceBar: This is the second area and kept at a frosty -18°C (0°F).

What drinks are available?
In the Chalet, you can choose any drink for your first complimentary drink (excluding bottled drinks). In the IceBar, you’ll receive two more drinks served in ice glasses (choice of Kölsch, Heineken, shots, or orange juice).

- 50% upon confirmation of booking
- 50% due 7 days after the event
Cancellation Policy:
- Up to 28 days before the event: free of charge
- Up to 14 days before the event: 50% of the invoice amount
- Up to 1 day before the event: 75% of the invoice amount
- On the day of the event or later: 100% of the invoice amount
